Though we can blast an empty pool, it is only necessary to drain the pool water 6” – 8" below the pool tile.

The products we use will not alter your pool chemistry. It is not necessary to rebalance the PH levels after we have cleaned your tile.

Both the Kieserite and glass beads are environmentally safe products.

We come prepared with everything we need to clean your tile without the use of any of your pool equipment. The only reason we may use your equipment is if it is set up to drain/waste the water. Using the pool equipment makes for a faster drain.

We recommend that once the pool water is clear, that you backwash your system or clean your cartridge filters.

We do not require you to be home, if we have permission to access the yard, we can get work completed in your absence.

Including the unloading, set up, cleaning, and breakdown of the equipment, you can expect we will be in your yard for 2-4 hours.

There isn't any way to determine this. Because the calcium build up is based on water chemistry & pool maintenance. The unfortunate fact is, it will return. But we're here to help keep it under control.
